This position is a Direct Hire - Remote opportunity
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Business Development Executive for our client that is a Veteran owed agency.
Responsibilities:
Lead sales efforts by identifying prospects, initiating sales calls, managing the consultative sales cycle from proposal through contract negotiation and successful contract close.
- Leverage existing network to introduce solutions to new prospects
- Identify the buyers and influencers within the prospect organization
- Build a strong pipeline of opportunities to ensue quota is met or exceeded
- Develop a sales plan and strategy to identify prospects and their pain points
- Create sales decks and materials to support collaborative sessions with prospects
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, internally and externally, to ensue alignment with the solution set
- Attend industry functions in support and the promotion of our Global Services
- Prepare comprehensive reports on territory and opportunity status.
- Must be willing to reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email outreach, and cold calling.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Strong understanding of Global Risk Programs in include Risk Consulting, Expert Staffing, Travel Risk Management, as well as Medical and Security Assistance
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time across the U.S.
- Proven experience of generating a significant ongoing pipeline
- Ability to build bespoke solutions, using the appropriate language for the audience
- Demonstrated experience in managing quotes and writing proposals, responding to RFP’s and creating proposals.
- Exceptional writing and verbal presentation skills
- A team player who works professionally with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- General knowledge of corporate risk and insurance solutions would be beneficial
