Robert Half is seeking a Lease Administrator to support a large corporation in the restaurant industry. This is a short term contract employment opportunity that will work on a vast lease portfolio, handling data from approximately 2,000 leases, and integrating it into our lease administration system.


Responsibilities:


• Accurately process and manage data from approximately 2,000 leases.

• Utilize both technological and manual resources to identify specific lease data points.

• Ensure the consolidation of lease data into our CoStar leasing system.

• Review and analyze lease clauses for summarization and consolidation.

• Maintain and update lease records, including the time period of each lease and future renewal options.

• Monitor and record annual rental rates along with past and future rent escalation dates and escalation type.

• Oversee the organization and correction of individual documents to ensure all pages are in the correct order.

• Remove any unnecessary blank pages from scanned documents.

• Save and manage documents using the naming convention provided.

• Support the creation of a table of contents page within the consolidated PDF that provides bookmarks to various documents.

• Participate in the consolidation of the agreement/amendments by organizing them per contract group and ordering documents.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in Lease Administration.

• Proven expertise in managing contracts, demonstrating keen attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate complex spreadsheets.

• A strong understanding of lease terms, conditions, and legal requirements.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with landlords, property managers and internal teams.

• Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address leasing issues as they arise.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Must hold a bachelor's degree.
