Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:
• Providing outstanding customer service as the first point of contact at the front desk.
• Managing and resolving customer inquiries effectively and promptly.
• Keeping track of customer accounts and taking necessary actions when required.
• Processing customer applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Utilizing software such as Zingle, Yardi, and RiseIO to assist in daily tasks.
• Coordinating with various departments and staff members as needed.
• Ensuring the front desk area remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times.
• Adapting to changing work hours as necessary, including potential on-call shifts.
• Upholding company policies and procedures in all tasks and interactions.• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Proven skills in concierge services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays if required.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Detail oriented appearance and demeanor.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications.
• A friendly and easy-going personality while also being very disciplined and detail oriented.
• Ability to handle stress and pressure with grace and a positive attitude.
