About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling walk-ins.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the database regularly.

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
