What You’ll Do:
• Customer Support: Address inquiries about order status, tracking, delays, and delivery issues through phone, email, and chat. Resolve complaints regarding shipping, damaged or missing items, and process refunds or replacements with empathy and efficiency.
• Logistics Coordination: Work hand-in-hand with warehouse teams and third-party carriers to monitor shipments, track deliveries, and resolve shipping discrepancies promptly.
• Order & Tracking Management: Provide tracking updates, resolve delivery issues, and manage orders within our systems (ERP, CRM, or e-commerce platform).
• Returns & Exchanges: Process return, exchange, and refund requests accurately, coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure smooth and timely processing.
• Issue Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior team members or logistics managers as needed, ensuring swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting & Feedback: Analyze and report on common logistics issues, delivery timelines, and customer feedback, providing valuable insights to improve our processes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce customer service, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with order management systems, CRM, ERP software, and familiar with major shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS).
• Strong Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think on your feet and solve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail in order tracking, returns, and record management.
