Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Education: Educate clients on various insurance products and recommend solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving billing and payment issues.
Qualifications:
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
