Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: West Chester, Ohio

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years of administrative experience. Experience in HR is a plus.

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing company in West Chester, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role, with any experience in HR being a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Develop and maintain a filing system.

  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

  • Maintain contact lists.

  • Book travel arrangements.

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.

  • Provide general support to visitors.

  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

  • Handle requests and queries from senior managers.

  • Coordinate office procedures and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Prepare and monitor invoices.

  • Manage and update company databases and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative or assistant experience.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Human Resources.

  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines).

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
