Job Title: Bilingual Executive Assistant

Location: Fairfield, OH

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $18 - $21 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual Executive Assistant to join our client’s team in Fairfield, Ohio. This is a contract-to-hire position offering a competitive hourly rate. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another language, and have strong administrative and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both languages.

  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.

  • Maintain organized files and records.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and another language (both written and spoken).

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
