Services and Support Coordinator

Volt is immediately hiring for a Services and Support Coordinator at Richardson, TX.
As a Warehouse Associate I, you will:
- Works on administrative assignments with clearly defined objectives according to prescribed procedures and requests.
- Establish and maintain close communication with both internal and external customers to ensure optimal performance in support services and contractual obligations.
- Communicates with customers for issue resolution and response.
- Solves a broad range of service / support requests varying in scope and complexity.
- Will require understanding of general and technical aspects of various contract requirements and processes.
- Need to be able to document processes and work instructions.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- May require some higher education or specialized training/ certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Solid working knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications including Outlook and Excel.
- Experienced use of web-based CSM or order fulfilment software is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Test & Measurement industry is a plus.
- Experience with database tracking and management systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal and external customers.
- Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
- Ability work with reports and perform data analysis.
- Must maintain the ability to work in a team environment and provide responsive customer service to team members even with constant interruptions.
