Job DescriptionJob Description

LHH is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Generalist to join our client in Columbus, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing organization in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruiting, employee relations, and leave of absence management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment and addressing any issues that arise.

  • Administer and manage employee leave of absence requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant laws.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, assist with HR reporting, and support various HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support a growing organization.

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment laws.



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $64,000.00 per year
