Executive Assistant

LHH is partnering with a client in the KC Metro area to fill their Executive Assistant role.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office. You will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, manage their schedules, and handle a variety of tasks to help them stay organized and focused on their strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
