Job Summary

As a Levy Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for providing The Levy Difference in payroll and accounting services to internal and external guests and suppliers. Results are achieved by implementing effective internal controls and efficient processes, through leadership and management skills, and by living our visions and values.

Detailed Responsibilities
* Has strong attention to detail
* Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, guests, subcontractors, not-for-profits and Levy team members
* Maintains positive relationships with internal and external guests, and ensures prompt response and resolution to all guest inquiries
* Acts as a liaison with team, including partner’s operational team, Levy team and other areas as needed to ensure efficient operational performance
* Maintains accurate and efficient filing of financial archive files and data
* Completes all projects in a timely and professional manner
* Thoroughly and accurately uses applicable Levy systems
* Ensures required department reports are completed and information is compiled at month end closing
* Ensures team members adhere to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook
* Manages payroll process
* Ensures all payroll information is accurate and submitted on a timely basis
* Clearly communicates financial results to management on a regular basis
* Ensures Core Signature standards are maintained for all accounting functions
* Provides accurate and targeted financial analysis as requested
* Staffs department to meet operational needs
* Uses all performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
* Displays a positive attitude towards team members
* Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale
* Interviews, hires, trains and develops team members according to Levy guidelines

Job Requirements
* Reading, writing, math and computer skills required
* Must be flexible with schedule, able to work different shifts
* Previous payroll experience required
