Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our Spanish-speaking customers. You will provide support, resolve inquiries, and enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with licensing requirements for contractors. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be key to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both Spanish and English.
Assist customers with questions related to products, services, and licensing requirements.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance service delivery.
Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Must possess a valid contractor license.
