Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at DiPasquale Moore. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering phone calls, and assisting with various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and accurately respond to a high volume of incoming calls
  • Assist clients in connecting with their Attorney and/or Case Manager
  • Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient
  • Occasionally assist the Intake Specialists when needed

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED; Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Previous experience working customer service in a call center setting is preferred, but not required
