Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Collections Specialist on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts.

Key Duties:

  • Manage and oversee accounts receivable aging reports to ensure timely collections.

  • Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices and resolve any disputes.

  • Process payments and apply them to customer accounts accurately.

  • Generate and send out invoices, statements, and collection letters.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve collection efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
Employment Type: Contract
Payrate: $24-27 per hour



Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
