Affordable Housing Assistant Community Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Affordable Housing Assistant Community Director to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of affordable housing programs, including LIHTC, HUD programs, and USDA-Rural Development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Community Director in managing the day-to-day property operations and ensuring compliance with FPI Standard Operating Procedures.
- Supervise on-site staff, including Resident Services Coordinators, Compliance Specialists, and Maintenance Technicians.
- Manage lease expirations, timely turnover, and monthly rent collections.
- Process vendor invoices and manage accounting month-end.
- Ensure compliance with Risk Management items and report any injuries, illnesses, or property damage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role, preferably within Residential Property Management.
- High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; college degree in a relatable field preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and good driving record.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and property management-related software.
