Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Sausalito, California. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in our organization. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining communication with vendors and tenants, and managing office organization. You will also manage the processing of accounts payables and assist in the management of commercial real estate properties.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently answer phones and emails, providing polite and professional assistance
• Maintain and organize tenant and vendor files accurately
• Process accounts payables and reconcile credit card statements
• Obtain quotes for new construction jobs and follow up on insurance requirements from tenants and vendors
• Manage and maintain the office filing system in Google Drive and update company forms as needed
• Create and maintain spreadsheet files and prepare expense reports
• Assist in keeping company policy and procedure manuals up-to-date
• Handle time cards for contractors and help in the management of commercial real estate properties
• Ensure the completion of all business office tasks, including general administration, answering phone calls, checking emails, file keeping, and office organization.• Demonstrated proficiency in using Smartphones for business purposes
• Proven experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Ability to prepare and manage customer quotes with accuracy
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in office administration or similar role
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
