Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Non-Profit industry based in Norfolk, Virginia. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry and email correspondence, in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must have strong skills in Microsoft Office tools and be able to work independently to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process and manage data entry tasks
• Maintain and update customer records accurately
• Handle email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to perform daily duties
• Use Microsoft PowerPoint to create and update presentations as needed
• Perform detailed reviews of documents and data to ensure accuracy
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status
• Work independently to manage and complete projects on time• Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a non-profit organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy.
• Excellent email correspondence skills, with an emphasis on clear and concise communication.
• Experience in detailed review of documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
• Must possess strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative to improve processes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals.
