Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Front Office Leaders, the incumbent assists the guest with luggage storage needs and oversees the bell desk operation. Duties include, but not limited to maintaining log books, assisting guests with laundry needs and routine dispatch of bell man for guest assistance. Also responsible for organizing bell closet and providing guest with general information to ensure pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
  • Maintain Orderly Belldesk
  • Maintain Orderly Bellcloset (shared responsibility with bellmen)
  • Maintain Complete and accurate logs
  • Maintain Bellmen rotation
  • Assisting guests with routine questions
  • Answer the phones.
  • Assign bellmen tasks.
  • Performs all duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required. In addition, one (1) to three (3) years of Customer Service experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Exceptional command of the English language. Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, holidays, weekends as required.

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

  • The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
