Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the automotive industry in North Billerica, Massachusetts, United States. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, where you will be expected to manage data entry tasks, interact with dealers, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately input vehicle details such as title, mileage, etc., into pre-set Excel systems.
• Serve as a point of contact for dealers, responding to queries and providing information as needed.
• Maintain records of contracts and payment schedules, ensuring dealers are aware of upcoming payments.
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel to carry out tasks efficiently.
• Handle inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Send and respond to email correspondence, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Arrange appointments as required, managing time effectively.
• Oversee customer accounts, taking necessary action when needed.
• Work autonomously while also being an effective team player.
• Utilize Microsoft PowerPoint and Outlook to aid in daily tasks and communication.• Previous experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not mandatory
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls
• Demonstrated skills in customer service
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
