Front Desk Coordinator

Volt is immediately hiring for Front Desk Coordinator in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
As Front Desk Coordinator you will:
- Open the office and ensures the front office is in order
- Retrieves phones messages and prioritizes return phone calls
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Assists/directs clients who come to the office
- Answers incoming calls and guides patients to the appropriate service
- Distributes and obtains appropriate forms, including new client information.
- Schedules all appointments- Inbound/Outbound calling
- Scans documents in OMS
- Confirms products are ready prior to client appointment
- Confirm the next day appointments
- Ensures office is tidy and clean
- Keep inventory of retail/office supplies
- Utilize office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email (outlook)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
This is a full-time contract to hire opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Must be high school graduate.
- Must be able to organize time and prioritize numerous duties within strict deadlines
- Requires the ability to deal with numerous interruptions
- Must be detail oriented
Pay Rate: $15 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
