The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various payroll and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processed Company Payroll Weekly: Accurately process and manage the company’s weekly payroll, ensuring timely and correct payment to all employees.

  • Processed Workman’s Compensation Payments: Handle the processing of Workman’s Compensation payments, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Processed Payments: Manage and process various types of payments, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

  • Union Payments: Process union payments to 101 Operators, 541 Teamsters, and 663 Laborer’s Unions, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.

  • Company Visa Reconciliation: Reconcile company Visa transactions, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.

  • Certified Payroll: Prepare and manage certified payroll reports, ensuring compliance with government and contractual requirements.

  • Processed Accounts Payable: Handle all accounts payable processes, including issuing checks and ACH payments on a weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll and accounts payable processing.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
