We are offering an employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role is within the HR/recruiting coordination industry and will involve supporting the HR Manager, prescreening potential candidates, and conducting various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:


• Prescreen potential candidates to assess their suitability for various roles

• Provide support to the HR Manager in all HR-related tasks

• Conduct employment verifications to ensure the integrity of the recruitment process

• Order uniforms for staff members as required

• Handle office scanning tasks to maintain digital records of key documents

• Process background check paperwork to ensure regulatory compliance

• Use ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks

• Utilize ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective communication

• Employ Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time for time management and HR functions

• Carry out auditing tasks, background checks, and benefit functions as part of HR responsibilities

• Ensure clear and effective communication within the HR department and with other departments.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Proficient in Ceridian
• Ability to use Dayforce software
• Knowledge of About Time software
• Experience with auditing
• Ability to conduct background checks
• Understanding of benefit functions
• Excellent communication skills
