Responsibilities:
• Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
• Managing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail
• Handling email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meeting logistics
• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for various tasks
• Proactively resolving customer inquiries and issues
• Continuously updating and maintaining accurate customer records
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Managing inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Assisting with other administrative duties as required.• Proven ability in answering inbound calls
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in data entry tasks
• Demonstrated ability to manage email correspondence
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Capability to manage Microsoft Outlook
• Skilled in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Proven ability to schedule appointments effectively
