Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Miami, Florida. This role is primarily involved in the industry of administrative support, providing assistance through various tasks such as customer service, data entry, and email correspondence. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to all callers
• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage email correspondence, ensuring all emails are responded to in a timely manner
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) for various administrative tasks
• Arrange and schedule appointments as necessary, keeping all parties informed
• Assist with both inbound and outbound calls as required
• Provide overall administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations.• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients
• Competence in data entry tasks with attention to detail
• Ability to manage email correspondence in a professional and timely manner
• Proven experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Previous experience in an administrative assistance role or similar
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
