Systems Administrator/Help desk

We are offering a project employment opportunity for a dedicated Help Desk Support, detail oriented in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. This role involves developing and implementing technology solutions to ensure high levels of system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
• Providing technical support and guidance to users and addressing their inquiries
• Setting up, maintaining, and monitoring the operation of the organization's network infrastructure
• Troubleshooting complex issues related to operations, installations, setup, error messages, and downtime procedures
• Ensuring user satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of their concerns
• Monitoring applications and systems to safeguard infrastructure-related systems
• Verifying the proper operation of infrastructure equipment and software
• Converting user requirements and system objectives into logical, efficient, and practical system designs
• Conducting tests on systems to ensure they meet business requirements
• Researching and addressing user requests for new or modified systems
• Performing additional duties as assigned
• Demonstrated experience in Network Routing, including troubleshooting and optimizing network systems.• Proficiency in LAN Switching, with the ability to manage, maintain, and improve local area network systems.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, including its installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve system problems promptly.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• Relevant certification in Systems Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological advancements.
