• Proven experience in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in handling customer queries and complaints

• Experience in handling email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently and manage calendars
• Knowledge and experience in property management
• Familiarity with Yardi Property Management system

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
• Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
