Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Bank of America. As a key member of our Global Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and financial solutions to complex clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an extensive portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates to design and deliver financial solutions to clients and prospects
- Lead and facilitate dialogue with complex clients and prospects on topics such as industry trends and business issues
- Coach and mentor peers, utilizing leadership skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking
- Proven track record of prospecting new business, enhancing existing relationships, and closing profitable transactions
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen
- Financial modeling experience and completion of a formal credit training
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
