Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Beacon Pointe Advisors. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our high-net-worth clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, investment professionals, and other team members to deliver personalized service experiences.
  • Research and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in client meetings and present on relevant service engagements.
  • Partner with clients, wealth advisors, and operations teams to establish new accounts and onboard new clients.
  • Assist with relationship onboarding tasks, including account setup and maintenance.
  • Maintain and update client files using internal systems, including Salesforce CRM and Tamarac portfolio management databases.
  • Collaborate with advisor and operations leadership teams on projects and initiatives to streamline firm policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience using Tamarac and Salesforce is a plus.
