We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Coordinator to join our team at Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. in $75,000 - $95,000 per year. As the primary point of contact for ESS employee-owners, you will be responsible for providing benefits assistance, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist employee-owners with benefit-related questions and issues.
  • Provide technical support for the benefits administration platform.
  • Administer various leaves of absence, including FMLA, military, and personal leave.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in HR, utilizing an HRIS for payroll and HR functions.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law (specifically FMLA) and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
