About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Hospital Operations Assistant to join our team. As a Hospital Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our hospital operations team, including performing secretarial and clerical duties, maintaining group calendars, making copies and distributing minutes and agendas, organizing events, and maintaining distribution lists.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform secretarial and clerical duties to support hospital operations.
  • Maintain group calendars.
  • Makes copies/distributes minutes and agendas.
  • Organize events as needed.
  • Maintain distribution lists.
  • Exhibit professionalism.
  • Other duties as determined by CEO.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One year of administrative support experience is necessary.
  • Credentialing is also required.
  • You must have excellent communication (written, verbal, and interpersonal) skills.
  • Proficiency in typing/keyboard skills and word processing software is essential.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
