Job Title: Benefits Administrator

This position is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing technical support for the benefits administration platform, and administering various leaves of absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to employee-owners, responding promptly and professionally to benefit-related inquiries.
  • Develop and deliver benefits training programs for HR Business Partners and divisional HR teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits changes, including new hire elections, EOI requests, and life events.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to create best-in-class benefits practices and offerings.
  • Implement National Medical Support Notices and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Support employee-owners with transition of benefits upon termination, death, or other separation from the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional work experience in Human Resources, preferably in benefits administration.
  • Pursue PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google, with experience in Workday preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and organizational skills.
