Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This role will involve providing administrative support to our clinical teams, including scheduling appointments, managing records, and performing other duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to clinical teams
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in a medical setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
