About the RoleThe Chief People and Experience Officer will be responsible for setting the vision and direction for attracting, engaging, developing, and retaining top talent. This includes implementing processes and policies to support a diverse and anti-racist workforce, leading collaboratively with other organizational leaders, and cultivating a culture centered on our core values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy to recruit, motivate, train, and develop high-quality talent across the organization.
- Lead the people operations team to build out systems, processes, and technology infrastructure to support a robust and effective HR function.
- Partner with senior leaders to drive culture change and promote trust, teamwork, collaboration, and engagement across departments and levels of leadership.
- Translate employee and organizational needs into HR approaches that are simple, relevant, and add value.
- Develop internal communications strategies to promote a culture of transparency, equity, and inclusion.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in human resources, training, compensation, and benefits administration, in a similar senior or executive leadership role.
- Significant HRIS technology knowledge.
- Advanced degree (Masters or JD) in a related field.
- Experience in building a strong, highly skilled, and engaged workforce.
- Executive partnerships and regulatory experience.
- Knowledge of employment and labor law, including collective bargaining, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.
