Job Title: Chief Patient Experience Officer

At Tal Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Patient Experience Officer to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional patient care and experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve patient satisfaction, engagement, and overall experience across our healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Patient Experience Council to develop innovative initiatives and set satisfaction goals for patients and employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define strategic direction and deliver initiatives that promote staff engagement and sustainable improvements in patient care.
  • Serve as the primary resource on all patient experience, language access, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Regularly assess patient- and person-centered initiatives, identifying barriers and opportunities.
  • Utilize surveys, analytics, and reports to inform strategic decisions, track progress, and monitor patient and employee satisfaction metrics.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of progressive leadership experience developing and implementing patient and employee experience programs.
  • 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP).
