Job Title: Customer Account Manager

CLAAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new accounts, retaining customers, growing revenue, and strengthening the overall relationship with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted retail and service sales
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the customer experience
  • Identify and develop new accounts, and retain existing customers
  • Grow revenue and strengthen relationships with existing customers
  • Implement approved marketing tools to strengthen product and market knowledge
  • Manage customer relationships along the entire customer lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in large machinery sales or experienced marketing capacity with agricultural equipment manufacturer
  • Prior experience using CRM tools to document customer touch points and build account pipelines
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem solving skill set
