Agricultural Sales Specialist

CLAAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new accounts, retaining customers, growing revenue, and strengthening the overall relationship with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted retail and service sales
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the customer experience
- Identify and develop new accounts, and retain existing customers
- Grow revenue and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Implement approved marketing tools to strengthen product and market knowledge
- Manage customer relationships along the entire customer lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in large machinery sales or experienced marketing capacity with agricultural equipment manufacturer
- Prior experience using CRM tools to document customer touch points and build account pipelines
- Excellent problem analysis and problem solving skill set
