Brandt Companies is seeking a Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Minnesota and Northern Iowa region. This role is responsible for driving the marketing and sale of our complete line of agricultural products. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and executing sales strategies to meet annual product volume targets
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers and end-users
* Ensuring dealers have the necessary knowledge and support to effectively sell and service our products
* Managing territory expenses to meet budget goals
* Maintaining accurate sales documentation and reporting

Required skills include:

* Working knowledge of agricultural machinery products
* Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
* Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
