Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join our team at Travelers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrite new and renewal business on accounts of moderate complexity, utilizing your knowledge of insurance products and risk management principles to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with agents and brokers, identifying and capturing new business opportunities and effectively cross-selling Travelers products and services.
  • Collaborate with other business units to support market penetration objectives and seek out cross-sell opportunities.
  • Independently manage assigned territory, taking a portfolio view of your book of business to manage profitability.
Requirements
  • 2 years of Account Executive/underwriting experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous auto line and Trucking/Transportation underwriting experience preferred.
