About the Role

Patterson Dental is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing strategies within the Dental Strategic Accounts markets, maintaining strategic partnerships, and managing customer portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Dental Strategic Accounts markets.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure long-term success.
  • Manage customer portfolios to ensure timely and effective delivery of contract requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and analyze reporting and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in business-to-business sales or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to lead and manage customer relationships.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, negotiating, and execution skills.
  • Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals.
