HR Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our food service programs in the Arena. The successful candidate will be responsible for clerical functions, administrative support, and ensuring compliance with payroll standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely and accurate completion of team member timesheets and tip entries into the payroll system.
- Issue paychecks and manage direct deposits.
- Maintain employee payroll records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly payroll and tip reports for compliance purposes and seniority list updates.
- Develop and implement payroll plans for the location in partnership with managers.
- Ensure all Levy and legal payroll standards are completed in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage MySTAFF clock punches, capability, and optimize performance.
- Assist with onboarding and clock-in orientation training for new team members.
Requirements:
- High level of computer literacy.
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
