COMMERCIAL TIRE SERVICE SPECIALIST
We are in search of a dedicated and professional individual to become a part of our esteemed team. As a Commercial Tire Service Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients' vehicle tires are either repaired or replaced efficiently, allowing them to resume their journeys without delay.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Road Service Duties:
- Ensure the company vehicle is equipped with the necessary tools for road service.
- Drive to the location of the disabled vehicle.
- Evaluate the situation and identify the problematic tire(s).
- Remove and repair tire(s) when feasible; replace if necessary.
- Match tires for optimal wear, load stability, and safety.
- Assess whether the replaced tire can be retreaded.
- Provide clients with documentation upon completion of repairs.
Shop Duties:
- Repair or replace tires on vehicles brought to our facility.
- Inspect company vehicles and equipment for safety and maintenance concerns.
- Assist in the removal of scrap tires from the premises.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Offer suggestions for enhancing service and safety protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements for the Commercial Tire Service Specialist position include:
- A minimum of three months of relevant experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid driver's license.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for evening and weekend service.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who collaborates well with others and takes initiative to complete tasks without the need for constant supervision.
