Position Overview:

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of accounts related to the construction sector, while nurturing robust relationships among the service team, clients, and insurance providers.

Primary Duties:
  • Oversee annual marketing initiatives and engage in negotiations with insurance carriers
  • Deliver comprehensive cost and coverage evaluations
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance policies and coverage options
  • Work collaboratively with clients on mid-term policy modifications
  • Prepare and distribute monthly value reports to clients and carriers
  • Facilitate and lead claim review sessions
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate client requirements and associated risks
  • Perform loss analysis and comprehensive risk management evaluations
  • Partner with producers on renewal processes
  • Guarantee high-quality service delivery and maintain client loyalty
Essential Qualifications:
  • Possession of a P&C License
  • CRIS designation is preferred
  • Extensive understanding of insurance products tailored for contractor-related exposures
  • Knowledge of Contractual Risk Transfer and relevant labor regulations
  • Strong negotiation capabilities with insurance markets
  • Familiarity with construction terminology, practices, and financial considerations
  • Experience in risk management and captives
  • Ability to provide exceptional service and effectively engage with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
