Commercial Lines Account Manager

At USI Insurance Services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Sr. Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-to-large sized Commercial Lines insurance accounts, providing exceptional client service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Management: Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned Commercial Lines clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Insurance Expertise: Offer technical expertise to clients and other members of the Account Management team, providing guidance on insurance products and services.
- Renewal Management: Responsible for marketing and placement of client Commercial Lines insurance renewals, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
- Carrier Relationships: Negotiate with carriers on behalf of clients, securing the best possible rates and coverage.
- Policy Management: Process policies, endorsements, and audits as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Cross-Selling: Champion client cross-selling initiatives, developing customer accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Account Representatives, Sales Executives, and other team members to achieve business objectives.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Commercial Lines agency, with a strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance.
- Licenses and Certifications: Must hold or be willing to earn a Property & Casualty insurance license, with industry designations such as ARM, CIC, or CPCU preferred.
- Skills: Proficient in internet-based programs and Microsoft Office products, with knowledge of Sagitta/ImageRight a plus.
- Personal Qualities: Able to work in a fast-paced, team environment with minimal instruction, and maintain a high degree of accuracy in agency management systems.
