We are currently inviting applications from enthusiastic, self-driven, and professional individuals to become part of our dynamic call center team. We have openings available in our operations.

Your role may involve managing inbound communications from clients, patients, and customers, as well as making outbound calls to members, patients, or healthcare facilities. As a business that operates 24/7/365, we offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate various needs.

You will find satisfaction in assisting others and providing effective solutions.

You are eager to expand your knowledge and skills.

Desired Attributes, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Proficient computer skills in a Windows-based environment.
  • Typing speed of at least 25-30 words per minute.
  • Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
  • Punctual with excellent attendance record.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining composure.

Note: Candidates must successfully pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check.

Bilingual Skills: Preferred

Work from Home Requirements:

  • High-speed broadband internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps upload and download speeds.
  • Router/modem to connect via Ethernet; Wi-Fi connections are not permitted.

(We provide all necessary equipment including computer, monitor, mouse, keyboard, headset, cables, and camera.)
