  • Facilitate transportation services for children involved in Child Protective Investigations, including the coordination of medical appointments and necessary documentation.
  • Execute a variety of complex tasks, such as supervising child transportation, gathering data, evaluating information, and developing reports.
  • Support court-mandated supervised visitations, ensuring a safe environment for children and families.
  • Oversee children within the office setting, maintaining a secure and organized space.
  • Manage the cleanliness and organization of visitation areas and supply rooms.
  • Assist with the distribution of incoming and outgoing correspondence for the service center.
  • Provide backup support to various staff roles, including administrative tasks and coverage for reception duties.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Candidates should possess:

  • A solid understanding of basic childcare practices and effective communication techniques.
  • Familiarity with community resources and program objectives.
  • Basic arithmetic skills and counseling techniques.
