Job Overview

The primary objective of this role is to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding sales service to existing clients within the material handling sector. The Sales Support Specialist collaborates closely with the Sales Representative to provide and promote aftermarket products and solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive sales and service assistance for all Lift Power offerings to current clients, while driving new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate aftermarket sales and support, including training for forklift operators and preventative maintenance services for lift trucks and batteries.
  • Promote training programs focused on warehouse safety and optimization strategies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of data and sales activities into Lift Power's CRM system (Salesforce). Utilize Salesforce for prospecting and communication with Sales Representatives and Management.
  • Engage with various departments to address customer requirements and identify growth opportunities. Serve as a liaison to assist in the preparation of quotes in collaboration with Sales and Service teams.
  • Champion safety protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness, particularly regarding scrap load reporting and the management of hazardous materials.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
  • Prior experience in sales
  • Familiarity with the designated territory is advantageous
  • Proficient in computer applications and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science
  • Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
