As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service in line with HomeTeam Pest Defense standards
  • Providing information to potential clients, initiating new services, and accurately setting up customer accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Escalating relevant inquiries or issues to management
  • Effectively communicating with customers to resolve concerns
