About the Role

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to work in an elementary school setting in Dallas, Texas.

This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and a strong understanding of communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing speech therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other members of the therapy team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant license or certification in the state of Texas.
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with communication disorders is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
