Speech Therapy Professional for School-Based Position

As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with students of all ages and backgrounds, supporting their speech and language development.
Job SummaryWe are currently seeking a highly skilled SLP to fill a school-based position in the North Dallas area. This role involves conducting assessments, providing speech therapy to students, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet students' goals
- Provide progress updates to parents and staff, ensuring open communication and collaboration
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other educators to develop and implement IEPs
- Master's degree or higher in Communication Disorders or related field
- Current licensure as an SLP in Texas
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
- Average salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience
