Speech Language Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist Specialist to lead our team in providing high-quality speech therapy services to students.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments to identify students' strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop Individualized Plans: Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
- Provide Direct Therapy: Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive student growth.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Document Progress: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and treatment plans, ensuring seamless communication across teams.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Texas state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills, with a proven track record of driving student success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
